VIDEO FEATURE: Oslo in Motion is the title of a new video by artist Kristian Larsen, who has combined thousands of still photos to portray Norway’s capital in a novel way. The photos were shot mostly with a hand-held camera at various Oslo hotspots over a two-week period in May.

Larsen describes himself as an easily inspired whitewater kayaker from Northern Norway, currently based in Oslo. “I enjoy the intersection between adventure, art, and good music,” he wrote on his profile page at Vimeo, a video-sharing service.
His video, featuring music by Joar Renolen, “aims to present new perspectives on the energy and everyday life of the Norwegian capital.”
Larsen’s earlier work includes corporate videos and a travelogue from Northern Norway which has some kayaking footage not for the faint-hearted.
