Police in Moss have arrested a man in his 40s and charged him with intentional homicide after they found the body of another man in an apartment in the coastal city south of Oslo.
Norwegian Broadcasting (NRK) reported that police were called to the apartment Wednesday evening and made the subsequent arrest based on reports from witnesses and evidence collected at the scene.
The victim still hadn’t been identified as of Thursday morning. Local police were receiving assistance from state police crime unit Kripos, and told NRK that the man in custody has a police record.
