Two people who had failed to stop at a police checkpoint were taken to hospital after their fleeing car crashed into a store in Oslo’s Grønland district.
The crash occurred in the early hours of Wednesday. Police patrols initially pursued the fleeing car, but had aborted the operation before the crash, a police spokesman said.
The special investigations unit for police matters will look into the incident, news bureau NTB reported.
