King Harald played a prominent role in memorials on Sunday to victims of last year’s terrorist attacks, and other royal family members and officials turned out in force as well. Anniversary events in Oslo included a wreath-laying ceremony in front of bombed-out government offices and a special memorial service in Oslo Cathedral (Domkirke).
