Winter in the city

COLD QUIET NIGHTS. Hands in his pockets and wearing a wool hat, a man making his way through downtown Oslo, past the brightly lit Vikaterrassen shopping arcade below the classic shape of Norway’s foreign ministry. King Winter has conquered  Oslo with the shortest days of the year, freezing temperatures and unusual amounts of snow right in the center of the city.
