Prime Minister Erna Solberg is known for enjoying computer games, and was hooked on Candy Crush. She’s since set that aside and joined the millions of people having fun with Pokemon Go when she can.
“I was challenged by my little sister, who found a pokemon on my veranda,” Solberg told newspaper Aftenposten over the weekend. Now she’s heading for level 14 in the game that combines both the real and virtual worlds and is played on mobile phones.
During last week’s gathering of movers and shakers in Arendal, at least one journalist waiting to interview Solberg had to wait until she’d “emptied a pokestop first.” She said she most enjoys finding new pokemons instead of play that involves fighting.
After her pokemon pause, then she was ready to discuss the latest public opinion polls showing some growth for her Conservative Party.
