Changing of the wind-blown guards

KING WINTER. An icy gust of January wind reduces visibility for these royal guardsmen outside Oslo’s royal palace. The mid-day changing of the guards is a free attraction in downtown Oslo, often attracting numerous tourists and locals, too.
