A seven-year-old boy who disappeared from a bowling alley in Molde Monday afternoon was later found in good shape after police determined he’d been kidnapped. A man and the boy’s mother have been charged in the case.
The man was arrested and charged with kidnapping while his mother has been charged with making false statements to police. This man was described only as being “closely related” to the boy.
The little boy of Lithuanian descent has been in the care of foster parents and child protective authorities. Police were mum about more details but had launched an international search for the child.
